 Exploring Visual Cultures ist ein Kooperationsprojekt der Akademie der Bildenden Künste München, der Professur für Islamische Kunstgeschichte / Kunstgeschichte Afrikas an der LMU München sowie dem Museum Fünf Kontinente mit Hochschulen in Ghana (UEW Winneba) und anderen Ländern wie Kamerun, Kenia, Südafrika und dem Oman.
