 "Lea Grebe’s exhibition *Invasive Thoughts* explores the tension between humanity and the notion of so-called nature. Key themes include boundaries, defense mechanisms, transgression, reclamation as self-empowerment, and protective spaces as transformative zones. The works invite a shift in perspective, focusing on parasitic organisms such as mistletoe, tree fungi, and ivy, whose strategies challenge anthropocentric notions of separation and hierarchy."
