Drolerie

Depicts a research based on Flemmish medieval miniatures 8th – 16th century.

A.O1.22

You can find ‘squeaky mountain‘ a hand-made landscape/diorama blending around a lake made in unity with hidden 3d-printed sculptures.

A.U1.28-35

In the basement at the right side you find two rooms. At first sight you see 5 vitrines standing on hand made paper pedestals.

“Wishing well, sun and moon, Pinacle, Akademie and Universe“.

The vitrines contain a variation of common dried mushrooms (courtesy of Deborah’s garden), accompagnied by miniatur 3D printed sculptures. Around the corner in the light you find 6 drawings.

“Drolerie I, Herbst drachen, Drolerie II, Spores, Mycelium Mycology, Plan“. The drawings combining medival elements (droleries, patterns, creatures), microscopic forms and modern text shown as medieval scripture.
