 "Doris Guo is an artist working primarily in sculpture, which are often produced from a journalistic approach to the feelings and affects of lived experience. Her sculptures often sit between being readymade and custom-built. The ambiences of the day-to-day remain a starting point of her practice.
 Born in San Francisco, CA in 1992, Guo has lived in both Seattle and New York. She currently lives and works in Oslo, where she is part of the studio collective, Snails.
 Her forthcoming solo exhibitions include Empty Gallery, Hong Kong and Kunsthalle Winterthur, Switzerland in 2027."
