 Three years ago I started a series of drawings that continues to this day. Each morning I draw on small sheets of paper whatever comes to mind. Subject matter may come from a variety of sources: movies, novels, accounts, memories, dreams, interactions, phone calls, encounters, messages, incidents, newspaper headlines, friends, lovers, magazine covers, celebrities, food, family, the news, the weather. Working fast, from memory, and highly personal, I have produced more than 5,000 drawings so far. A selection of about 800 originals will be in the show, as well as four volumes of books with drawings, each containing 1,000 pages.
