After admission by the host university

Since 2018, the financial management of the scholarship has been handled by our consortium partner KOOR-Best in Karlsruhe. For the further procedure you will therefore have to register in the KOOR-Best Mobility Online Portal.

You can find further information here: KOOR-Best Study

Please note that KOOR/BEST must receive your complete documents one month before the start of the study visit at the latest!
Please allow several weeks in advance as you will have to obtain various signatures from the host and home university.

KOOR/BEST will process your application successively after receipt of the application documents or after their completeness. In order to ensure equal treatment of all scholarship holders, KOOR/BEST will apply this procedure in all steps (issue of the Grant Agreement, instruction of the first instalment, processing of the final documents and payment of the second instalment).
