"Bringing together an array of references from eco-feminism to technophilosophy, from historical materialism to contemporary art, I will affirm the imperative of international intersectional struggle and solidarity which has persisted through the history of technological and scientific advance. Post-industrial society is really most-indus-trial society, post-modernity is really most-modernity, and «the post-human» condition is a most human condition."

Dr. phil. Baruch Gottlieb, trained as a filmmaker at Concordia University Montreal has a doctorate in digital aesthetics from the University of Arts Berlin. He is author of Gratitude for Technology (2009), A Political Economy of the Smallest Things (2016), and Digital Materialism (2018). He lectures in digital aesthetics at UdK Berlin and curates at West Den Haag. With Ji Yoon Yang he co-founded Sound Effects Seoul and with Steffi Winkler, the Flusser.Club, and he is a core member of science-art collective disnovation.org.
