"badweather is an experimental architecture, scenography and design collective. They reimagine spatial experiences through a range of architectural interventions, sculptures and lighting. Often adapting reused materials and standardised components, they bridge the gap between design and hands-on construction, with a focus on making and working directly with materials.
They have lectured at The Royal College of Art, The University of Leeds, The Glasgow School of Art, the Architectural Association and Reset Brussels. (+University of Fine Art Munich). They have also led hands-on architectural workshops for the Royal College of Arts (ADS1), and for the construction of multiple Horst Arts & Music architectural pavillions. Our work has been exhibited in the Architecture Room at the Summer Exhibition (2024), MATTER TOKYO (London 2025) and the Brunel Museum 2023; as well as in nightclubs such as FOLD 2025, playbody 2023 and Venue MOT 2022.
They have completed projects in London, Portugal and Belgium, and have worked with a range of clients in both the public and private sectors, such as art studio providers, record stores, composers, galleries, nightclubs and private domestic clients."
*The lecture will be held in English.
