Künstlerische Mitarbeiterin bei Prof. Anke Dyes
Ana de Almeida ist Künstlerin und Autorin. Derzeit forscht sie zur Produktion von Bildern in einem interrevolutionären Raum zwischen der Nelken Revolution und der Samtenen Revolution. Ihre editorische Arbeit ergänzt ihre künstlerische Praxis und umfasst Beiträge zu Publikationen sowie zu kollektiven Projekten, die sich mit dekolonialen und postsozialistischen Perspektiven befassen. Ana de Almeida war als Lehrende an der Akademie der bildenden Künste Wien, an der Universität für angewandte Kunst Wien sowie am Institut für Germanistik der Universität Wien tätig. Sie war DOC-Team-Stipendiatin der Österreichischen Akademie der Wissenschaften, Junior Fellow am IFK Wien sowie assozierte Promovierende am GRAMA an der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.
